Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings are still attached
  • You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tennis balls (once the canister seal is broken)
  • Overgrips (due to personal use nature)
  • Used string (custom stringing services)

Note: Defective items are exempt from these restrictions and will be replaced.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Nottingham facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping times apply)

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
