Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oakleady Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get what you need.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging
- All tags and protective coverings are still attached
- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tennis balls (once the canister seal is broken)
- Overgrips (due to personal use nature)
- Used string (from custom stringing services)
Exception: Defective items are exempt from these restrictions and will be replaced. If you receive a damaged or defective racket or equipment, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our Nottingham facility using a trackable shipping method.
Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping times apply)
